Refund policy
Returns are accepted here at Ula Jewellery, as long as you contact me within 14 days. You will then need to return the item within 14 days after making contact. The buyer is responsible for for the return postage, and must return the item with tracking. I do not cover anything that gets lost in the post when the buyer returns an item.
If I have sent the wrong item, or the item is faulty, I will send a replacement item straight away, with a return label for the faulty item.
Custom and personalised orders are not eligible for return, please make sure that any personalised details are correct before placing the order. If you notice a mistake, let me know as soon as possible.
For order of gemstone and crystals, please note that due to the nature of these natural gemstones, the colour and size may vary from what is photographed. All sizes are approximate. If you would like to see photos before purchase, please get in touch - ulajewellery@gmail.com
You can cancel an order at any time, unless you have been updated with a despatch email and tracking number. I post within 24 hours, Mon-Fri.
I am very approachable if there is a problem with any order, and will do my best to rectify any problem that may arise. Just get in touch, Robyn x
